PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
My career has been devoted to understanding how nutrition, physiology, psychology, and the environment influence human health. I bring nearly two decades of multidisciplinary research experience, including scientific leadership roles in Germany and Singapore, and my personal journey in building health through iterative selection of proper nutrition and working on my emotional resilience, to practical and personalized health consultancy.
My approach looks beyond an isolated dimension of health. I work with clients to understand the wider picture, from nutrition, metabolism and physical activity to sleep, stress, behaviour patterns and emotional well-being, and translate scientific evidence into realistic strategies that fit everyday life.
I strongly believe that meaningful change should not depend on rigid rules or one-size-fits-all solutions, yet it should be fine-tuned and aligned with underlying regulatory mechanisms identified by science.

No. You can book a consultation directly without a referral. If you have an existing medical condition or are receiving medical treatment, we recommend continuing to work with your doctor while we provide complementary nutrition and lifestyle support.
No. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication or replace medical care. Our role is to provide evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle and behavioural support that complements conventional healthcare. If you have a medical condition, we encourage you to remain under the care of your doctor, and we are happy to work alongside your healthcare team where appropriate.
Yes. We offer flexible consultation options, including both in-person and online appointments.
Initial consultations are generally recommended in person whenever possible, as they allow for a more comprehensive assessment and help establish a strong therapeutic relationship. Clinical hypnotherapy sessions are also preferably conducted face to face.
Online consultations are available for clients who are unable to attend in person and are particularly well suited to follow-up consultations, ongoing coaching and progress reviews.

Where clinically appropriate, sessions may be slightly shorter or longer to ensure they are completed safely and without unnecessary interruption.
Every consultation is designed to provide practical, actionable guidance. Before you leave, we will discuss the next steps together and, where appropriate, provide personalised recommendations, educational resources or a written action plan.
For clients receiving clinical hypnotherapy, personalised hypnosis recordings may also be provided when appropriate to support independent practice and reinforce therapeutic progress between sessions.
Some clients achieve their goals with a single consultation, while others benefit from ongoing follow-up and support. Together, we will decide on the approach that best suits your needs.

Many clients seek support while managing chronic health conditions or undergoing medical treatment. We work within our scope of practice and encourage clients to remain under the care of their doctor. Where appropriate, our nutrition, lifestyle and behavioural strategies can be integrated alongside your existing treatment plan to support your overall health and well-being.
Yes. We work with recreational and amateur athletes, as well as physically active individuals seeking to optimise performance, recovery and long-term health.
Support may include personalised nutrition strategies, hydration, sleep and recovery optimisation, stress management, behavioural coaching and preparation for training or competition. Where appropriate, clinical hypnotherapy may also be incorporated to support focus, confidence, emotional regulation, performance under pressure and recovery.
We do not prescribe supplements or medications. However, where appropriate, we may provide evidence-informed guidance on supplements for you to discuss with your doctor or pharmacist before use.
We can also review your current supplement regimen to identify products that may be unnecessary, unsupported by sufficient scientific evidence, duplicative or potentially unsuitable alongside your medications or health conditions. Based on your diet, health status and individual goals, we may suggest discussing particular nutrients or formulations with your healthcare professional.
Where relevant, we can explain differences between supplement forms, dosages and formulations, as these may vary in bioavailability, tolerability and suitability. Any decision to begin, discontinue or substantially change supplementation should be made in consultation with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
