Consultations are available online and, where appropriate, in person by appointment. Appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we kindly request that you provide reasonable notice whenever possible. Fortivion Labs reserves the right to reschedule appointments when circumstances beyond our control make it necessary. Specific cancellation or refund policies may be communicated separately where applicable.
